What Is Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic coating is a clear, liquid nano-ceramic formula that is applied by hand to your vehicle's surfaces.
As it cures, it bonds to the surface and hardens into a thin, glass-like protective layer.
Unlike wax, it does not simply sit on top of the paint and wash away. It becomes a durable shield that protects your finish for years with proper care.
Benefits of Ceramic Coating
Deep, high-gloss shine
The coating adds depth and clarity to your paint, giving it a rich, wet look that stands out.
Hydrophobic, water-beading surface
Water, dirt, and grime bead up and roll off instead of clinging to the paint.
UV and oxidation protection
The coating helps shield your paint from sun damage that causes fading and dull, chalky clear coat.
Chemical and contaminant resistance
It helps protect against bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap, road salt, and road film, giving you more time to clean them off before they etch the paint.
Easier washing
Because dirt has a hard time sticking, washes are faster and easier, and your vehicle stays cleaner between washes.
Better visibility on glass
A rain-repellent glass coating helps water sheet off your windshield for clearer vision in bad weather.
Our Process
Every ceramic coating job follows a careful, step-by-step process. The prep is what makes the coating look great and last.
Thorough Wash
We start with a careful hand wash to remove loose dirt, grime, and road film.
Decontamination
Next, we remove bonded contaminants such as iron particles, tar, and tree sap that a normal wash leaves behind, so the surface is truly clean and smooth.
Paint Correction (As Needed)
We inspect the paint under proper lighting. If needed, we polish out swirl marks, light scratches, and haze so the finish is at its best before it is sealed in.
Coating Application
The ceramic coating is applied by hand, one section at a time, and leveled for an even, streak-free finish.
Cure and Final Inspection
The coating is allowed to cure, and we give the vehicle a final inspection before it goes home. We will go over aftercare with you at pickup.
What We Can Coat
Paint
All painted surfaces get a protective, high-gloss layer that resists contaminants and makes washing easier.
Wheels
Coated wheels resist brake dust and road grime, so they clean up quickly and stay brighter.
Glass
A rain-repellent coating helps water bead and sheet off for better visibility.
Trim
Exterior plastic and trim pieces can be coated to help protect them from fading.
Interior
Interior protection is available for interior surfaces, helping guard against spills, stains, and everyday wear.

Ceramic Coating vs. Wax and Sealant
Wax
Wax adds a warm shine, but it sits on top of the paint and wears off quickly. It needs to be reapplied often.
Paint sealant
A synthetic sealant lasts longer than wax, but it still breaks down over time and needs regular reapplication.
Ceramic coating
A ceramic coating bonds to the surface and hardens into a much tougher layer. It lasts far longer than wax or sealant, resists chemicals and contaminants better, and keeps your vehicle easier to clean.
For drivers who want lasting gloss and protection without waxing over and over, ceramic coating is the smart choice.
Aftercare Tips
-
Give the coating time to cure. We will tell you how long to wait before the first wash.
-
Hand wash with a pH-neutral car shampoo and clean microfiber mitts and towels. -
Avoid automatic car washes with brushes, which can scratch and wear the surface.
-
Rinse off bird droppings, bug splatter, and tree sap as soon as you can.
-
Dry with a soft microfiber towel or air blower to prevent water spots.
Skip harsh chemicals and abrasive polishes, which can wear down the coating.

Ceramic Coating FAQ
Does ceramic coating make my car scratch-proof?
No. Ceramic coating adds a hard protective layer and helps resist light marring, but it does not make paint scratch-proof or chip-proof.
Do I still need to wash my car?
Yes. Your vehicle still needs regular washing, but dirt and grime come off much more easily and washes go faster.
Can you coat a used car?
Yes. Used vehicles are great candidates. We decontaminate the paint and correct it as needed before coating, so it looks its best before it is protected.
How long does the coating take?
It depends on the size and condition of your vehicle and how much paint correction it needs. We will give you a time estimate when you book.
Can I get window tint and ceramic coating at the same time?
Yes. Many customers do both in one visit. Call and we will put together the right combination for your vehicle.
How much does ceramic coating cost?
Every vehicle is different, so we provide custom quotes based on your vehicle's size, condition, and the surfaces you want coated. Call or stop by for pricing.
